1.Inconsistent feeding: sometimes too much, sometimes too little.
When the feeding volume is high, the feeding amount exceeds the lifting capacity, resulting in leftover and accumulated materials in the machine base, causing the materials in the base to gradually rise and increasing the resistance of the bucket’s movement. Once this reaches a certain level, the belt will slip, and this may lead to machine shutdown or damage to the motor.
💡The solution is to strictly control the feeding volume. During operation, start the machine without load and gradually open the feeding gate to control the feeding volume.
2.The return flow is too large, causing the lifted materials not to all enter the discharge pipe but to return to the machine base.
This results in an increase in the amount of materials in the machine base, causing blockage.
💡The solution is to reduce the return flow as described previously.
3. When the machine suddenly stops due to power failure or other faults, the quality of the lifting branch and the return branch is unequal, causing the lifting machine to reverse.
The materials in the bucket will enter the machine base, and it is prone to machine base blockage when the machine is restarted.
💡The solution is to install a reverse stopper on one side of the main shaft of the lifting machine to prevent the machine from reversing.
4.The tape slipped, reducing the lifting capacity of the hoist and causing an accumulation of materials inside the machine base, resulting in blockage.
💡The solution is to increase the tension to prevent the tape from slipping.
5.Large foreign objects entering the machine base can cause blockages.
💡Therefore, a guard net is installed at the feed inlet of the elevator to prevent accidents.
