Drag Chain Conveyor

A Drag Chain Conveyor  is a horizontal continuous conveying equipment mainly used in grain warehouses, ports, grain processing plants, light industry, brewing, mining, and building materials industries for transporting raw materials, semi-finished grain products, and other small granular or powdered materials. The power system drives the head sprocket, which pulls the scraper chain. Materials are transported to the designated location by the combined movement of the chain and scrapers.Drag Chain Conveyor are available in two main types:
Flat scraper type
U-type scraper type
The flat scraper type offers higher conveying capacity, while the U-type scraper is a self-cleaning design, leaving almost no residual material in the trough after operation. However, chain scraper conveyors are not suitable for conveying materials with bulk density greater than 1 kg/L, nor for materials that are high-temperature, highly humid, corrosive, or large lump materials. The equipment features simple structure, good sealing performance, and low energy consumption, and can be installed either on the ground or suspended. Multiple feeding and discharge points can also be arranged according to process requirements.
