Product Information

The continuous ultra thick spiral blade is an upgraded version of the cold-rolled process, featuring an overall seamless spiral blade with ultra thick walls and high rigidity, breaking through the thickness limitations of conventional cold-rolled blades. After overall molding, the pitch is uniform, the surface is regular, and the strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance are far superior to ordinary cold-rolled and segmented welded blades. It can adapt to long-distance and high load transportation needs without splicing, and the material can be low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, or stainless steel as needed.

The thickness of the inner and outer edges of the continuous ultra thick spiral blade is uniform and consistent, with no stress weaknesses. It has strong resistance to impact and deformation, high forming accuracy, and eliminates local wear caused by uneven thickness of traditional blades.

The molding technology with Chinese invention patents is developed to meet the forming difficulties of continuous cold rolling process when the outer diameter pitch ratio is less than 0.5, as well as the pain points of high material consumption during one-time debugging in small batch production.
Continuous ultra thick spiral blades are mainly used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, heavy-duty building materials, ports and docks, suitable for long-distance, high load, and strong abrasion heavy-duty conveying conditions. They are used for conveying high density and high abrasion materials such as ore, slag, large sand and gravel, steel slag, heavy powder, etc.
