Product Information

Die forging chains are used for conveying materials with high bulk density and can be transported over long distances.

Product Introduction

The forging chain link is formed by integral forging, abandoning traditional welding processes and eliminating the risk of fracture in welded joints. Its tensile and impact resistance far exceeds that of welded chains, and it can withstand high load operation for a long time. High precision and wear-resistant: After forging and precision machining, the chain link size tolerance is small, and it meshes accurately with the sprocket, running smoothly and with low noise; The surface can be treated with carburizing and quenching, with high hardness, wear resistance, and long service life.

Die forging chains can be customized with single row, double row or multi row structures according to needs. The outer side of the chain link can be equipped with accessories such as scraper, hopper, pusher, lifting ear, etc., to meet various operational requirements such as heavy-duty conveying, precision transmission, and material lifting.
Note: The size of the attached board can be welded according to the customer's requirements.

Applicable scenarios
Widely used in mining heavy-duty conveyors, metallurgical production lines, port loading and unloading equipment, engineering machinery transmission systems, and other fields, especially suitable for continuous operation conditions with strict requirements for chain strength, accuracy, and stability.
