Product Introduction

The circular chain chain is composed of polyurethane scraper, polyurethane scraper, and nylon scraper. The fixed plate is galvanized on the outside, which extends the service life of the chain. It is mainly used in conveyors that require high material crushing rate. Compared with traditional conveyor chains, it has the advantages of low noise, low crushing rate, and stable operation. The overall structure is uniformly stressed, with excellent tensile and impact resistance, and can withstand the continuous load of heavy materials in mining, port and other scenarios, without easy fracture and deformation.
Circular chain chains are mainly used in industries such as grain, building materials, and sewage treatment, and are suitable for horizontal or inclined transportation of bulk materials such as grains, sand and gravel, sludge, etc.
Note: The installation spacing of the scraper is one set of four ring chains. In order to better clean the residual materials inside the scraper barrel, it is recommended to install a polyurethane cleaning blade every 4-5 scrapers.

Note: The installation interval of the scraper is that one set of 4 chain links is installed for each pair. To facilitate the removal of residual materials inside the cylinder of the scraper machine, it is recommended to install a polyurethane cleaning scraper every 4-5 scraper pieces.
