1.TLSS Series Screw Conveyor Overview
The TLSS series screw conveyors are fixed-type sealed continuous conveying machinery that push materials forward through the rotation of spiral blades. They can convey various powdery, granular or small block materials horizontally or at a small angle (<15º). This machine adopts uniform diameter and uniform spacing or uniform diameter and variable spacing, allowing for multi-point feeding and multi-point discharging. The process layout is flexible and it is widely used in industries such as grains, oil, feed, and brewing for conveying powdery, granular, and loose materials.
2.Applications
Agriculture and Feed Industry: Wheat, corn, soybeans, rice, flour, bran, rice husks, feed pellets / powder.
Food Processing Industry Material Transportation: Flour, powdered sugar, starch, nuts, cookie crumbs, frozen food, fruit and vegetable particles.
Building Materials Industry Material Transportation: Cement, fly ash, sand and gravel, gypsum, dry powder mortar, slag.
Environmental Protection and Solid Waste Treatment Material Transportation: Sludge from sewage treatment plants, household garbage, kitchen waste, biomass, filter cake, screen residue.

The TLSS Series screw conveyor main body consists of the head section, tail section, casing, screw rotor, intermediate hanger bearing and drive unit.
