1.Large Angle Belt Conveyor Overview
The Large Angle Belt Conveyor is a specialized equipment designed for the lifting and continuous transportation of food particles, blocks or small packages of materials at a large inclination angle (usually within the range of 30 to 90 degrees). By using a conveyor belt with sidewall guards and cross partitions, the risk of material sliding or reflux during the inclined transportation can be prevented, thus achieving reliable and efficient material feeding.
2.Applications
- Fresh agricultural products and fresh foods：Grains, seeds, crops, vegetables, frozen foods, peanuts, dried fruits

3.Advantages
- The chain plate is molded from food-grade plastic polypropylene (PP), and the conveying belt is extruded from food-grade materials such as PU or PVC.
- The design of the middle baffle and the side baffles can achieve the functions of lifting the materials and preventing side leakage of the materials.
- The large angle belt conveyor is easy to assemble and disassemble, and the conveyor belt can be directly cleaned with water for simple maintenance.
- It can perfectly realize continuous or intermittent conveying and can be matched with other feeding equipment.
- It has the advantages of large conveying capacity and high lifting degree.
4.Optional configurations
1. Main body material: 304 stainless steel, carbon steel.
2. The parts in contact with the materials are made of 304#, the belt material is PU, PVC belt or PP, pom, pe chain plate.
3. Standard type chain plates have a total width of 400mm, with a wider edge of 280mm, a height of 100mm for the partition, a height of 75mm for the partition board, and a spacing of 254mm. There are various specifications of chain plates.
4. Customization can be done according to customer drawings and special material conveying requirements.
